Answers You Need

What is included in the price?

Everything including delivery within 25 miles of 23602, styling, set-up, take down and next day pick up. With the inclusive of, tents, mattresses, fitted sheets, blankets, decorative pillows, fairy lights, lanterns, bed trays, ornamental garland, chalkboard, stand up sign board and rugs. Guests will have to provide their own sleeping pillows for hygiene reasons.

How much room do I need for each tent?

We require you to have a room of at least 6.5ft long by 4ft wide, for each tent. All furniture must be move before the set up.

Can I rent additional tent?

Yes! After you choose your package, additional tent is $60 each including all the extras.

What if my guests can’t spend the night? 

There are ways you can still host a sleepover party. You can start the party earlier, so there is enough time to have fun and do some activities. We will still come the next day to pick up all the party materials.

Do you customize party themes?

Absolutely! We would love to recreate the party theme you have in mind. Please contact us for any customization before booking your party.

Which payment methods do you accept

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Venmo, PayPal or Cash for payment. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure the date. All final payments are due 2 days prior to your event.

What areas do you service?

We offer services in Newport News, Yorktown, Williamsburg, Jamestown and Hampton Roads, Virginia. 

What is your cancellation/refund policy

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to your event will be fully refunded.
